Josh Schenkel, PT, DPT, OCS, Clinical Director
As a Physical Therapist, Josh strives to provide the best care for each patient. He uses patient values and the latest evidence to direct treatment. Josh is the clinic director at THERAPY1ONE in town on Jenks Ave. Josh received his Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2003, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida in 2014. He has specialized in treatments like joint mobilizations and muscle energy techniques to relieve pain. He believes that function is a result of good movement and that you need to move well to be at your best. Josh helps the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Gulf Coast State College as an adjunct teacher for orthopedics. He enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
