James is the president and founder of THERAPY1ONE since it's opening in 1996. While participating in football as a freshman in college, he sustained a severe ankle sprain. With time and experience, I have a better appreciation for the degenerative processes our bodies go through as we age and how physical therapy is vital in the healing process as well as the prevention of injuries. These experiences have allowed me to better relate to my patients."
