The Strong Bones & Longevity Fitness Class s a clinically developed, evidence-based fitness program designed to support individuals diagnosed with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or those seeking to proactively maintain bone health and functional independence.
Led by Austin Hopkins, PT, DPT, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, this structured 8-12 week program integrates progressive strength training, postural correction, balance and stability drills, and functional movement coaching. Each component is rooted in current clinical research to ensure safety, effectiveness, and long-term benefit.
Program Objectives:
- Enhance bone density through supervised, progressive resistance training
- Improve posture and spinal alignment to reduce fracture risk
- Increase balance and coordination to help prevent falls
- Support functional mobility for greater independence in daily life
- Educate and empower participants with practical knowledge for sustaining bone health
